Return and Refund Policy

- Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the items under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and gift box attached. Please take a picture as an evidence when you receive a damaged product item for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at services@quensilk.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Ship the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely and include the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for the amount of the refund.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect product or error on our QENSILK part. Customers will pay the return shipping costs for reasons such as size and color variances, dislike of style, patterns, materials, or unwanted items, etc.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at services@quensilk.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
