We offer the following shipping options:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – $12.99
- Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69. This offer applies to orders shipped within Canada.
- Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all regions in Canada. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
- Delivery Issues

- Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
